How To Make Bean Bag Covers
Bean bag chairs are filled with large bags of puffed grains and padded cushions that make for quick, child seats. If your bean bag does not look as good as when it was new, or if you just want to change the texture or color, you can make bean bag covers that will make it look like new.
To make bean bag covers, measure the length of the bag, top to bottom, and the width from side to side. Draw rectangle corresponding to these measurements. Measure the circumference of the top and bottom of the bean bag too. Draw a circle corresponding to these measurements. Add an inch to all measurements. Cut all models.

Place the models around the bean bag to check the size. Place the pattern on the fabric and cut it. Sew the two short sides of the rectangle and sew the fabric in place with margin of half-inch seam. Sew the second half circle on the other side of the cycle. Sew a quarter inch hem on the exposed part of the remaining tissue.
Finally, to make bean bag covers, glue, tape or sew several pieces of Velcro to the open side of the coating. Place the bean bag inside the lining and seal the Velcro.
