Draw blinds to a large sheet of tissue or tracing paper with a pencil. Old paper gift or craft paper on a roll work if the blinds are longer than tracing paper or silk. Cut the drawn blindly with scissors. This will be your pattern. Trace twice for each blind that is hedged, to make front and rear. Cut the lines drawn over the fabric to cut each panel.

Glue gun Heat a medium heat until the glue melts. Apply a drop of glue on the bottom of a blind and soften the corresponding edge of a piece of cloth over it. Align perfectly to match the edges. Apply drops of glue along the side edges to the top of the vertical blinds.
